Italee Powell has been described by her co-worker as having a big heart and always having her           consumers best interest at mind.  She assisted a consumer and his mom in starting a search for new housing because the home they are in is run down and has a difficult landlord, etc.  No one asked Italee to take this on but through her own good will she has decided that this family needs someone to step up and help them.

THAT IS DEFINITELY GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!!!!!!

During Meals on Wheels, Heather and Monica supported one of the elderly by taking action in getting help for a man they deliver meals to ---he was disoriented and had a loss of balance. They called for help and stayed with him until his family arrived.
