Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Statement
It is the policy and practice of LOQW to provide services to person without regard to race, creed, color, sex, religion, national origin, or disability.
Mandated Reporting
LOQW staff are required by law to report any suspicion of abuse or neglect. Coordination with state or federal Department of Corrections staff is required for those customers who are currently on probation or parole.
CARF Accreditation
LOQW is accredited through CARF. CARF is an international, not-for-profit organization that accredits human services providers. Founded in 1966 as the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities, the accrediting body is now known as CARF.
