Outcome Measurement and Management Systems
Learning Opportunities/Quality Works, Inc. maintains an outcome measurement system. The system is used to measure the progress in relation to overal program goals, agency philosophy and mission, and customer satisfaction. It is integrated into all levels of decision making within the organization.
The information is collected and summarized according to the measures of the objective on The Outcome Measurement System bi-annually. Specific outcomes shall be evaluated for effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Satisfaction surveys are completed bi-annually by consumers and employers, and annually by service providers. Unit cost analysis and Job Coach intervention is evaluated monthly. Marketing and Strategic Plan goals are reviewed bi-annually.
