In April of 1983, the agency became incorporated as a not-for-profit organization. Today LOQW serves 14 counties in Northeast Missouri, employs over 100 people, and serves approximately 400 individuals.
LOQW is a leader in providing community life engagement services and employment services in Northeast Missouri.
