If abuse or neglect is experienced, take immediate action by calling the Abuse and Neglect Hotline. All LOQW employees are mandated reporters trained to recognize abuse and neglect and will assist with calling if desired. If the complaint is about an LOQW employee, contact your Service Coordinator, guardian, or any other trusted person to support you, if desired.
