LOQW provides Support Brokerage services to individuals requiring additional information or assistance in securing supports and services identified in their individual plan. Support Brokerage is a service provided through the self-directed supports program.

Self-directed supports is an option for service delivery for individuals who wish to exercise more choice, control and authority over their waiver supports.
